The legislature has risen for the summer but there was one more meeting of the Legislative Assembly Management Committee or LAMC. Despite fireworks earlier in the year, the committee seems to have largely returned to its more boring character but a few notable events still transpired, including news that Speaker Darryl Plecas’ controversial Chief of Staff Alan Mullen will be taking a road trip across Canada and the USA as part of a security review.
